ADC is committed to protecting the privacy of all of our stakeholders, which include those who use this website, make donations, and participate in our programs and services.

ADC has structured our site so that you can visit without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, for example, donating to support our programs and services and submitting credit card information, you can be assured that such information will only be used by authorized staff to sustain your relationship with ADC.

This site compiles conventional log files to monitor and assess activity including traffic and visits on, and related to the site.

ADC does not use or disclose information about your site visits. Neither does ADC provide the information you give us on this site to outside companies, without your approval.

ADC is not responsible for United States Postal Service mail or electronic mail failures.

ADC cannot ensure the protection of any personal information that you provide to a third-party site that links to or from this site, as these third-party sites are owned and operated independently. Any personal information that you provide to these third-party sites will be regulated by their privacy policy.

Refund Policy

Any purchases, ticket cancellations and/or requests for a refund received in writing 30 days prior to the event will be entitled to a refund of the total fee/donation paid less an administrative charge. Refund requests of any kind received in writing after that time will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
