Rental Units
Responding to the critical need for quality and affordable housing, ADC has developed more than 1,500 rental units in the Harlem Community, and over 200 homeownership opportunities.
100% of our housing stock is affordable, and reserved for low to moderate income residents. The great majority of ADC’s focus has been preventing the displacement of Harlem residents. For more information on our properties or to apply for an apartment, please call our main office at 646-442-6599.
Newly Renovated Section 8 Apartments Available
Abyssinian Development Corporation (ADC) is accepting applications for one-bedroom apartments located at 2070 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd (at 124th Street). These apartments are newly renovated units including:

- New Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances
- New Kitchen Cabinets
- New Heating System
- Newly Renovated Lobby
- On-site Property Manager
- On-site Superintendent
- Laundry Room
- New Security System with Pass Key Access
- 24 hour Front Desk Security Guard
